Returns
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@heja.fi. We will provide a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you and process the refund to the original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.
Non-returnable items
Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
