Return & Refund Policy \u2013 Heja Solutions Oy<\/b><\/b><\/p>

1. Return Window<\/b><\/b><\/p>

You have 14 days<\/b> from the date of delivery to return items for any reason (change of mind) under the EU\/Finnish distance selling rules. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we accept returns within 14 days<\/b> of delivery (or longer under the legal guarantee). We strongly recommend contacting us before returning.<\/p>

(Optional upgrade: Extend to 30 days for better Google\/ customer appeal \u2013 many Finnish stores do this voluntarily.)<\/i><\/i><\/p>

2. Eligibility for Returns<\/b><\/b><\/p>
