Return & Refund Policy – Heja Solutions Oy
1. Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return items for any reason (change of mind) under the EU/Finnish distance selling rules. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery (or longer under the legal guarantee). We strongly recommend contacting us before returning.
(Optional upgrade: Extend to 30 days for better Google/ customer appeal – many Finnish stores do this voluntarily.)
2. Eligibility for Returns
• Items must be in original, unused condition with tags/packaging intact (for non-defective returns).
• Defective/damaged/incorrect items: We’ll cover repair, replacement, or full refund.
• Non-returnable items: Custom-made/personalized products (unless defective), opened hygiene/personal care items, digital downloads, etc. (list specifics for your products).
3. How to Return an Item
1. Contact us within the return window at info@heja.fi with your order number and reason.
2. We’ll provide instructions and (if applicable) a return address.
3. Ship the item back (customers usually pay return shipping unless defective).
4. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund.
4. Refunds
• Refunds issued to the original payment method.
• Processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.
• Full refund (including original shipping) for defective items. For change-of-mind returns, original shipping may not be refunded; return shipping is customer-paid.
• No restocking fee (or specify if you have one, e.g., 10–20%).
5. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using tracked shipping.
